It's a Matter of the Heart

My profile image is myself, my son Mark and my son Matthew at Matt's grade 12 graduation in 2007.  My name is Tracy and my most important role in life is that of a MOM.  I was blessed with two son's, Matthew and Mark.  Tragically, on August 19th, 2008, my youngest son Mark died in his sleep from a sudden arrythmia caused by Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy.   It is through the efforts of caring and giving people like Ken Allen that myself and other grieving parents can educate, bring awareness of SADS and hopefully raise money that will help in the research and even 'cure' of these genetic conditions that have affected our lives.

Thank you Ken!!!  You've become a good friend and a great pillar of support.

I hope and wish that Mark & Taylor have met on the other side and are finding comfort knowing that we as parents are doing our best to make others aware of SADS and to make sure that, although their lives were way to short, they left behind many happy memories and they will never be forgotten.
